昨年（2024年）、ぶじに宅建試験に合格し、先日登録実務講習を受講してきました！ 宅建試験に合格しただけでは宅建士を名乗ることができず、実務経験が全くない私にとって、この登録実務講習は必須。せっかく合格したのだから、宅建士証も手に入れたい！と思い、申込みました。
宅建試験合格後、登録実務講習の申込みをしてからしばらくすると、テキストが入った箱が届きました。ちょうど年末年始だったため、開けずに放置…。旦那に「中身確認したほうがいいんじゃない？」と言われ、重い腰を上げて開けてみると、分厚いテキストがたくさん入っていました。なんと、スクーリングまで1ヵ月の通信講座で自宅学習が必要とのこと（泣）。その後もやる気が出ず、ダラダラと過ごしてしまい、気づけば当日を迎えてしまいました（汗）。
登録実務講習の終了時には確認テストがあるらしく、さすがに不安で前日にYouTubeでチェックしたところ、講師が出るところを教えてくれるとのことでしたが、担当講師には全く教えてもらえず、不安でいっぱいでした（泣）。
2日間の講習では、住宅の賃貸、売買の際のお客さんとのやり取りの仕方、重要事項説明書、契約書の作成方法など、宅建試験で学んだことを実務形式で学べて、とても楽しかったです。
そして迎えた恐怖の終了試験。予習をしていなかったので不安でしたが、2日間真面目に受講したおかげか（お昼過ぎは睡魔との戦いでしたが）、何とか乗り越えました。
合格者には修了書が届くそうです。ぶじに合格しますように…！
